Jake Paul & Ben Askren fight purses revealed

Tonight internet star Jake Paul and former UFC fighter & amateur wrestling standout Ben Askren will face each other in a boxing bout headlining a Triller Fight Club event in Atlanta, Georgia.

The match-up has received a lot of publicity around the globe and it truly is a crossover spectacle combining sports and entertainment. MMAFighting.com reported the fight purses for each of the stars competing tonight.

Boxing star Regis Prograis tops the earning list with $850,000 while Jake Paul and Ben Askren will walk away with a guaranteed $690,000 and $500,000, respectively. Former UFC heavyweight champion Frank Mir will earn $350,000 for his pro boxing debut against former IBF cruiserweight champion Steve Cunningham.

To put those numbers into context, it was reported that Askren earned $210,000 for his viral knockout loss to Jorge Masvidal, his second last fight in the UFC, and Frank Mir waked away with $200,000 for one his last UFC fights against Andrei Arlovski.

Triller Fight Club is available to watch worldwide via online PPV on www.TrillerFightClub.com and their recently acquired www.FITE.tv platform.

It is worth noting that there is potential that some of the stars will also earn PPV points and bonuses if the event is successful.
